Recreation & Wellness Advisory Committee: Call for Interest
The Town of Trinity is inviting residents to get involved in our newly approved Recreation & Wellness Advisory Committee.
This committee focuses on practical, community-based ideas that improve quality of life in Trinity, including parks, trails, green spaces, recreation programs, wellness initiatives, and community events.
Council has set aside funding to support recreation and wellness projects, and this committee will help identify priorities and provide recommendations on how those funds can best benefit the community.
No formal experience is required. We welcome individuals who have an interest in:
improving parks, trails, and green spaces
supporting recreation for children, seniors, and families
promoting wellness, accessibility, and inclusion
helping organize or support community activities and events
The committee will meet as needed throughout the year and will focus on realistic, achievable projects that make a meaningful difference in Trinity.
If you have ever thought, “We could do more” or “That would be a great idea for our town,” this is an opportunity to help turn those ideas into action.
Not able to commit to a committee?
If you are unable to commit to regular meetings but would like to help with a specific event, volunteer on a project, or share an idea, you are still encouraged to reach out. Community involvement of all kinds is welcome.
How to Get Involved
If you are interested in joining the committee or contributing in another way, please email info@townoftrinity.com with your name and a brief description of your interests by March 1st, 2026. Or stop by the Town Office.
