  • With the wet weather our area is back in the low risk level for wildfires. With damp weather forecasted it will hopefully stay that way for a while. Please continue to exercise caution and enact basic safety while engaging in use of outdoor fire pits or other open fires. Stay Safe and thank you for your understanding.

  • Our new logo is almost complete—but we’re looking for a short phrase (a tagline) that captures what Trinity means to us as a community.

When we talk about history and heritage in Trinity, we’re not just thinking of old buildings or dates. We’re talking about a living legacy—shaped by generations of hard work, resilience, and pride.

Our heritage lives on in our architecture and traditions, but also in our values, our neighbourly spirit, and our vision for the future. In Trinity, history isn’t just the past—it’s the foundation for what comes next.

We want your help choosing the words that will sit alongside our new logo on signs, our website, and more.

Have an idea? Email us at info@townoftrinity.com by Sunday, June 30.

Council will review your suggestions and bring a shortlist back for a community vote. Let’s tell Trinity’s story—together

  • NL Fire index has us back to “Low Risk” so fire ban is now lifted. Please be aware that fire bans may be a regular occurrence this summer.

    Thank you for your understanding,

    Fire Chief

  • There is a Fire Ban for Trinity and surrounding areas until further notice. Current conditions have our area in “Very High” to “Extreme” risk of forest fire.

Please refrain from burning activities or open fires as sparks can ignite dry tinder and quickly get out of control.

Propane BBQ’s and fire pits are still okay to use.

Thank you for your understanding as we try to prevent possible serious events from happening.
