The Draft Municipal Plan and Development Regulations for the Town of Trinity along with Land Use Zoning Maps 1 and Land Use Zoning Map 2 are now available by clicking on the links.

Individuals are asked to send comments, questions etc regarding the plan to the Town Office at either P.O. Box 42, Trinity, NL A0C 2S0 or Fax (709) 464-3836 or email CouncilTrinity@netscape.net

We would ask that your feedback be submitted by December 16, 2011.

In conjunction with the below a public information session will be held on Wednesday, December 7 at 7:00 pm at the Lester-Garland House where Mary Bishop, Municipal Planner from CBCL Ltd. will make a presentation regarding the Plan and Regulations.

Please note that this will not be a forum for appeals or objections to the Plan or Regulations to be heard but merely a presentation of information and an opportunity to pose questions regarding the plan.

Anyone who wishes to make a recommendation through the appeal process will be able to do so in 2012 through a formal process that will be established.

Thank you.
Jim Miller
